Positive: The area of the stay.
Negative: Some issues with the sliding doors making a lot of noise because of the wind, the door weren't have a good secure, banging because of the winds living room and bedroom, and a cover that was for the bedroom outside A/C was making noise too, all that made impossible the sleep. The sheets for the mattress needs an update, too rough.

Dirty but close
Great location, place wasn't clean properly lot of hair all over the apartment.On a side of couch was thrown dirty bead sheets and blanket it's stay there we didn't used at....Big plus of this propert is location its just by the Isla verde beach..
