Nice value, amazing location to enjoy a Puerto Rican vacation Positive: Hard to imagine better value for this amazing location, right on the loveliest stretch of urban beach in metro San Juan. Lots of amenities in walking distance--bars, restaurants, or just beach time. The apartment itself has all the necessities to be your "home base" to explore the island and its natural, historical, and cultural attractions. Negative: Just keeping it to these 3 big things-- 1) Let's be honest--building is older and shows the wear of humidity, storms and hurricanes. Much of the "maintenance" appears to consist of extra layers of paint. The bedroom door in our unit would stick such that it either did not close or opened so loudly as to wake my light-sleeping spouse. Electrical outlets were insufficient for modern family needs, and often inconveniently located--recommend bringing outlet strips with extra USB slots for example 2) Noise! The cul-de-sac outside the building next to the beach was often noisy with beeping police alerts, truck backup beepers, motorbikes, loud cars... This in addition to unpredictable door slamming (I think just due to air pressure or wind shifts, not malice) from adjacent apartments. 3) Key-fob inconveniences--while one is grateful for the gate around the building and parking garage, If one of us left with the fob, the other was essentially imprisoned within; or vice versa if having been let out. I'll spare you the details, but being used to each having one's own keys and freedom of movement...this just crimps one's ease of vacationing.

Excellent location in a poor maintained facility. Positive: Location Negative: The apartment is in poor conditions when compared to the pictures. Most of not all appliances, decoration, curtains amd appliances may need replacement or repair.

Excelente Positive: Ubicación Limpieza Tiene accesorios, juegos, neverita y muchas cosas que de necesitar no tiene uno que comprar. Negative: Todo bien
