Good pick for a short stay Positive: Roomy apartment satisfying our needs for three separate rooms and beds. Not an easy find in PR. Clean bathroom with two sinks and multiple towels, hotel quality white and fluffy. Comfortable beds, air cons in every room, blackout curtains. Negative: The neighborhood looked a little sketchy. The communication with the property wasn’t very easy. It was only possible through booking messenger , sometimes we waited long for an answer. The phone was disconnected. The soundproofing wasn’t the greatest. I woke up at 2 am to the sounds of neighbors turning the tv. The floors looked a little worn down, I initially thought it was an old linoleum with patched holes. In the day light I realized it was old ceramic tiles , which is much better and more hygienic than the linoleum. Just not the best esthetic look, making the apartment look faded and heavily used. It didn’t make our stay any different, obviously. All in all it was a good experience

A place of rest and relaxation in the city of San Juan Positive: This was a little gem in the city of San Juan with a relaxing and pleasant ambiance and there were several great coffee shops and a market and park nearby. It was nice to have a place to come back to that was quiet and spacious for my family of 5. We also appreciated having a small kitchen and the little pool and hot tub were great to have after a long day of walking around the Old Town. Negative: The street is a bit busy and looks a little sketchy, but we didn't ever not feel safe as we walked to the market and coffee shops nearby everyday. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable ones ever, but they were fine.
