Positive: Location, beach front , early check in 2 hours before Negative: DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Please read. I’m not sure how this place is even a 4.5 star (I got catfished) but my experience with this hotel was horrible, upon arrival we came into loud construction, first look was horrific as they’re doing renovations im pretty sure.. also no front lobby just a desk, our room was okay, dirty windows, room smells like mold, the bed had bed bugs, I woke up at 2am and started scratching myself. The pool I don’t even want to talk about the pool area had a disgusting mildew smell that made me leave the area, you couldn’t enjoy swimming because it just smelled so bad. the pool was never cleaned, lots of workers walking around but never greeting or cleaning it seems like. the first day we got there they locked all entrances to get in, I then received a text saying don’t use front door entrance? That is the main entrance? We were locked out for 20 minutes untill someone opened the door for us to get in.. turns out key fob was in room that was never mentioned to me untill after I called them saying I’m locked out….. this place is very ran down, also what made me feel weird was I got a text saying, something like cover up in lobby to make guest feel comfortable.. we’re located on a beach, people will understand. You’re coming in and out sand everywhere, why do I have to be reminded to cover up, the beach is right there?? I only booked this place because it was a cheaper option because I was supposed to stay next door at Cape Coral towers, which I regret for not sticking with my original booking, construction and loud banging every day, bed bugs had us itching we had to end up sleeping on the couch, I just felt really dirty in the room and wanted to end the trip early. At some points with the elevator I’m not sure if I was going to make it out or be stuck on it, it was so dingey. Very disappointed with our stay here at raquet club jet set vacation, do not book here, spend that extra money to experience clean, quiet, and get yours money worth!!!!

No help from facility with horrible experience Positive: The location right in front of the beach Negative: We were there for eight days only got two rolls of toilet paper no trash bags. Lack of water and one day electricity went off before 8am and didn’t come on till after 10 at night so hot not able to open the windows and no water was horrible another night the lights went out at three in the morning and no water. Very horrible experience. Other places nearby had lights but not our building. Spoke to a couple of other guest as well and we’re not satisfied.

Overall a good studio.. Comfortable. Reasonably quiet. Clean and accommodating. Negative: Water restrictions. Hot and cold shower. Water was either too hot or too cold. Needs to regulated.

Positive: La ubicación excelente. Negative: La cama era demasiado blanda para nuestro gusto.

Positive: Everything was great. Amazing location, comfortable beds, the pool was nice too. I also felt very safe in the apartment. Having beach chairs available was really appreciated as well. So many walkable places to eat, shop, etc Negative: The coffee pot wasnt functioning :(
