Negative: Toiletries. They need add based on members

Quiet and cozy! Positive: The location for this property is literally where you want to choose for beachfront, shopping, and restaurants! Very central to most things, including surrounding cities/beaches. "Lifeguards of the Reef" is located on the lower level. They kept me supplied with Pina Colada 🍍🥥 You will not be disappointed with your stay! Negative: I thought long, but can't think of one thing unlikable. This was a great choice!

The location is excellent and the apartment had a beautiful view to the ocean. The cleanliness was a little bit off and the apartment provided bare minimum. At other VRBOs I have stayed in the same building they had beach toys and floaties. Not here, There was a Britta pitcher for water but not filter. The sofa bed opened in a way that there was a split between the two pieces so it was not comfortable for two people as you had to sleep on either side. Other than that the location is awesome and the beach very nice. Also, very secure.

Everything but those couple things was amazing and most appreciative of the quick communication from host. Positive: The host had good communication, great location and had everything we needed. Negative: There was only 1 set of towels for the whole week. The washer at the property was full of mold.

Amazing view, great value, very responsive when had questions. Would definitely stay again Positive: Right on the beach, great location. Great communication. Needs some updating, but all in all great place. Negative: The sliding windows to enjoy the sound of the beach needs new tracks and some updating. But all in all it was a great place and location.
