The combination of location, affordability, security, and ease of booking make this a fantastic vacation destination. Positive: The location was right on the beach at the center of activity. Everything that we needed was well within a short walk. Negative: A sofa bed instead of a trundle bed would have been more comfortable during the day.

First, upon check-in, they even didn't provide the apartment keyfob and garage Clicker until next day afternoon, making it extremely inconvenient to enter and exit the apartment building and garage. Second, the room information was inaccurate; it wasn't "two sofa beds" but actually one single bed and one "floor mattress." Also, the number of towels and sheets provided was insufficient (though they were replenished after we complained). Third, the shower water wasn't hot, and the shower faucet switch was broken, requiring the apartment security guard to turn the main water valve outside on and off daily. There were also issues with the toilet, but thankfully, these problems were gradually resolved within two days of our stay. It's worth mentioning the apartment security staff, especially Elizabeth, who provided a lot of helpful assistance. Mir, the customer service representative from Capital Jetset, the company managing the property, responded quickly to our feedback and did her best to resolve our issues, making our stay for the following days satisfactory. By the way, this room is quite noisy because it faces the street. One night, a strong wind made the metal hinges on the window rattle and make a lot of noise. I could hear two items (screws?) falling off. I suggest having them inspected. Also, it would be best to provide an apartment usage manual, including information on the washing machine and trash cans, as well as the apartment's policy of only providing a 24-hour supply of consumables such as toilet paper and kitchen paper towels, so that guests are aware of the situation.
